She is known around the world for her creative and innovative story quilts. She is a mixed media artist who combines painting, writing, and quilting to create beautiufl art and stories.
In her books she covers a wide range of topics- the Harlem Renaissance, the Civil Rights Movement, and the Underground Railroad
We love using Youtube in our lessons. So we watched some great videos about Faith Ringgold and her Art.
